Hello!

I'm new to Blogger and have decided that due to my love for cooking as well as eating, I am going to write about both!  I grew up watching my mother and my grandmother cook Oklahoma style and nothing compares to  waking up to the smell of bacon frying in an iron skillet and the heavenly scent of biscuits baking from scratch with white cream gravy bubbling on top of the stove!  Cooking in our family is definitely an expression of love!
